Allen Schwalm
Allen Schwalm is President and General Manager. He has been in the flooring trade for over thirty years. His experience includes Project Managing and estimating all types of commercial floor covering. Today he is our primary sports flooring expert. He can assist you in choices and design as well as estimates and installation.


Derek Egbert
Derek Egbert is Vice President and heads our Inside Sales and Show Room. He has been with El Paso Floor since 1981. Throughout the 15 years he worked in the field, he gained experience in all phases of flooring installation. He is happy to assist you with residential carpet, vinyl, ceramic and small commercial projects.


Leonard Schwalm
Leonard Schwalm is our Superintendent, responsible for the scheduling, training and assignment of our crews. He has been in the commercial flooring trade for twenty years and is experienced in all phases of the business and can install all types of flooring. He is certified to install many different covering from various flooring manufacturers.


Kevin Wolfe
Project Manager, Commercial Estimator. Kevin has been a commercial estimator since 1999 and with El Paso since 2001.  He specializes in large commercial flooring projects and sports flooring.  Kevin can help with design pricing and management of carpet, resilient, ceramic and gym floor projects.







  Paul Lane
Project Manager, Commercial Estimator. Paul is a Colorado native who's initial career was in the electronic semi conductor industry for 18 years.  He decided to take a different career path after going through his second plant closure during the down turn of the electronics industry.  After starting initially in the residential flooring business for about five years, he decided to expand his knowledge and pursue more of a commercial flooring and project management position.  He has recently been working for El Paso Floor for over three years in continuing his commercial flooring experience.

John Lane
Hardwood Estimator, Residential/Sports Wood Floors. John has been working in the hardwood flooring trade for 16 years. He started out working in the field as an installer for 11 years and has been in the office as our Hardwood Estimator for the last 6 years. Specializing in residential solid hardwood installations and finishing, also the installation of pre-finished, engineered and laminate floors. John is also in charge of our flooring crew for the installation and finishing of gymnasium floors and the application of gamelines, logos and lettering.


Danielle McCleary
Office Manager, Receptionist/Sales. Danielle is originally from a small town in eastern colorado.  After graduating high school she moved to Colorado Springs to pursue a college degree.  She has currently been working at El Paso Floor for 6 years and has became very knowledgeable about various flooring products and installation procedures.  She can assist you in our store showroom with carpet, ceramic, vinyl and other flooring products.



Teresa Clemans
Account Manager, Bookkeeper/Sales. Teresa has had a successful 17 year career in the floor covering industry as a commercial/residential estimator/project manager.  Having been with one flooring company for 16 of those 17 years, Teresa came to El Paso Floor in April 09 to take over the accounting/HR department.
